Shipping and Refund Policy

Orders will ship out Sunday-Tuesday. If there is a holiday on a Monday, orders will be shipped on Tuesday-Wednesday.

We strive to deliver products and services of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of our products/services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after the purchase is made. All sales are final.

If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding your order, please reach out via email or through our “Contact Us” form within 24 hours of delivery of your order. We will do our utmost to address and resolve any legitimate issues promptly. While we endeavor to resolve all issues, there may be situations where a refund or replacement is not feasible. In such cases, at our discretion, we may offer a coupon or store credit as an alternative. All plants are disinfected and inspected prior to packing. We will not refund/replace minor leaf loss, discoloration, separated clusters or minor stretching. However, confirmed rot, damaged, critical stretching or pests are refundable.

Please note that if you choose to forward your package internationally through a third-party service to another country, any issues arising during or after the forwarding process are beyond the responsibility of Desert Gem Succulents. We cannot be held liable for any damages, delays, or losses incurred during international forwarding.

We strongly advise reviewing and understanding the policies and terms of any forwarding service used. Any concerns or complications arising from international forwarding should be addressed directly with the forwarding service provider.
